By booking any of our tours or private excursions, the client agrees to the following conditions, designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and mutual confidence throughout the entire process.
Cancellations made more than 2 months before the start of the tour:
A full refund (100%) of the total amount paid will be issued. The request must be submitted in writing (via email or official WhatsApp) and confirmed by our reservations team.
Cancellations made between 1 and 2 months before the start of the tour:
A 50% refund of the total amount will be issued. This deduction covers administrative costs and prepaid services such as hotels, riads, desert camps, and transportation.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks (14 days) before the start of the tour:
No refund will be issued. At this stage, most arrangements (accommodations, transportation, guides, and activities) are already confirmed and paid to local suppliers.
At Tours-Marruecos.com, we recognize that certain situations are beyond the traveler’s control.
In cases of force majeure, such as border closures, health restrictions, flight cancellations, political conflicts, or natural disasters, our agency will review each case individually.
In these exceptional situations, we may offer the following options:
Date changes without penalty (subject to availability).
A travel credit valid for up to 12 months from the original tour date.
A partial refund, depending on the services already confirmed with local partners.
Our goal is always to provide a flexible and customer-friendly solution, while maintaining the high quality and professionalism that define our travel services.
To request a cancellation or modification, the client must submit a written request including:
The full name of the booking holder.
The reservation or tour reference number.
The original travel dates.
The reason for cancellation or change.

Once the request is received, our team will confirm receipt and respond within 48 business hours, indicating the refund amount (if applicable) and the process to complete it.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original booking (credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or other).
Depending on the bank or payment provider, the refund may take between 5 and 15 business days to appear in the client’s account.
For bookings made through partner agencies or third-party platforms, refund conditions may vary according to the terms and policies of those intermediaries.
