Day 1 : Arrival to Marrakech
Your Marrakech itinerary 9 days begins when you arrive at Marrakech Airport. We will meet at the Airoport of Marrakech and transfer you to your hotel, possibility to have the first contact with the famouse Place Jamaa el Fna, night in hotel.
Day 2 : Explore Marrakech
Second day of Marrakech itinerary 9 days. This morning Tours Marruecos will come to your riad or hotel by local guide from Marrakech to start A full-day tour of Marrakech. We will visit the Menara, a surrounded pool by flowerbeds that function as an irrigation system for the surrounded fields. The sightseeing tour will cover several impressive sights: The Koutoubia mosque, Majorelle Gardens, Bahia Palace and Dar Si Said Palace museum of jewellery. Optional lunch will be in the Medina followed by a walk through the colorful souks of Marrakech. We will enjoy a sunset drink overlooking the exciting Djemaa El Fna Square from a terrace of a cafe, night in hotel
Day 3 : Marrakech - Ait benhadou - Ouarzazate - Skoura - Dades gorge :
Third day of Marrakech itinerary 9 days . Our driver guide by Tours Marruecos it will come to pick you up at 8:30 AM from your Hotel or Riad and from there we are going to drive acrossing High Atlas mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka (2260m), to reach to Ait benhaddou village, the fortified ksar with its beautiful Kasbahs. Ait Benhaddou has served as a natural scenery for many movies producers. After lunch we will head to Dades via Ouarzazate, palm grove of Skoura and Valley of Roses , where we will spend the first night.
day 4 : Dades Gorge - Todra Gorge - Erfoud - Risani- Merzouga :
Fourth day of Marrakech itinerary 9 days. Departure will be after breakfast to visit Dades gorges, taking the road of 1000 kasbahs drive around the colourful Berber villages of the Dades valley. to get to Tineghir with it’s beautiful palm grove. We will continue to the Gorge of Todgha , where we go on a trek along the canyons of about 300 m high, a preferred place of mountain climbers. Afterwards we will head to Erg chebbi dunes in Merzouga Sahara desert and you will have time for lunch on our way. Once you arrive to the Dunes of Erg Chebbi, you will take a camel ride for 1 h30 min, while watching the sunset, to get to the camp in the oasis. Spending the night in the bivouac at Merzouga Sahara dunes under nomadic tents or outside under shooting stars. Play drums with the camel drivers.
Day 5 : Merzouga Desert – Nomads Families – Tisardmin Oasis – Khamlia Village – Erg Chebbi
Fifth day of Marrakech itinerary 9 days. Today complete Desert day tour in Erg chebbi. “sunrise” If you are In the middle of the desert, it`s absolutely worth getting up early to contemplate the most spectacular sunrise you´ve ever seen at the top of a dune close to the camp and enjoy this landscape that is a gift of nature. After sunrise we return to Merzouga on the camels where a hearty breakfast is waiting for us. Then we`ll skirt the Erg Chebbi, great extension of sandy desert where we can find the Big Dune of Morocco. which has more than 250mts high. We continue then by the road that was formerly used for the “Paris – Dakar” and ends in the mountains that limit with Agelia. Stop at Tissardmin oasis where we can find fossil quarries still present in the area, we continue then by a road where we can see nomad settlements and learn their secrets and manners. The next stop will be at a viewpoint to contemplate the hole Erg Chebbi. We`ll reach then Kamilia Village, originally from Mali, where we´ll take a relaxing cup of tea meanwhile we listen to a concert of the spiritual music of Gnawa.Transfer to your accommodation and free afternoon to enjoy the town or the dunes next to the hotel to see the sunset. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 6 : Merzouga Desert – Ziz Valley – Cedar forests and monkey troupes of Azrou – Fes
Sexth day of Marrakech itinerary 9 days. After breakfast we start our last day to the north through the Tafilalet palm grove, the biggest in the world. You´ll see thousands of palm trees along the 20km of road. This way leads us to the Ziz valley, which river comes down from the high Atlas and feeds the palm grove. Here we make a stop and from this high viewpoint, enjoy a magnificent view of the valley and the town of Aoufous. We make another stop in Midelt, just in the heart of the Atlas where you´ll have free time for lunch and rest for a while. In the afternoon we continue our way through the Cedar Woods where, if we are lucky, we´ll see some monkeys. The next place we´ll visit is the city of Ifrane, situated in the northwestern slope of the Middle Atlas at 1630 meters above the water level. Its broad avenues, its urban development with perfect cleanness, the gardens, the green areas and its architecture make this city look like a swiss town. Ifrane feels misplaced in Morocco. Thats why it´s named the moroccan Switzerland, and if that´s not enough it has an important ski resort, Michlifen, About 6 pm we arrive at Fez where we will stay overnight in very nice and comfortable riad
Day 7 : Full day exploring Fes
Seventh day of Marrakech itinerary 9 days. Breakfast in your riad, and then start an explorative journey of the Medina where you will visit the many hidden treasures that only the inhabitants of the place know about. Fes served as the capital of Morocco for more than 350 years and is home to the University of Al Karaouine, the oldest operating university in the world. Your guided tour will take you to Moulay Idriss mausoleum, the Nejjarine Fountains and the Tanneries. After lunch you will also view the exterior of the Royal Palace and walk through the famous Jewish quarter “the Mellah”, where you will have the option to visit one of the few living synagogues in Morocco. Your tour of Fes includes a short visit to the famous ceramic factory, and then you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the whole Medina of Fes.Overnight accommodation at your riad.
Day 8 : Fes – Azrou – Beni Melal – Middle Atlas – Marrakech
Eight day of Marrakech itinerary 9 days. After breakfast we are going to drive a crosses the Middle Atlas through Azrou, from where we take secondary roads on a path that crosses the overwhelming cedar forest that surrounds this mountain town. This impressive landscape will accompany us for a good part of the day, gradually losing leafiness, until we reach the mighty Ouzoud Waterfalls, where we will stop to eat and enjoy the wonderful views. We continue our way to Marrakech, where we will sleep.
Day 9 : Marrakech – Airport
Nine day of Marrakech itinerary 9 days. Breakfast and free time in the morning till the time of departure. Transfer to the airport where we`ll help you with your luggage and show you the boarding door. End of our services.
